1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using role.ie ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Platform is operated by Conjora Limited, a company registered in Ireland ("we", "us", or "our").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. Service Description
role.ie is a job aggregation and career intelligence platform that:
- Aggregates job listings from verified Irish employers and recruitment platforms
- Provides salary benchmarks based on official Irish data sources
- Offers employment contract templates and career resources
- Facilitates connections between job seekers and employers
The Platform is currently in pre-launch phase. Full services will become available upon official launch.
3. User Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Irish law
- You must not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
4. User Accounts
4.1 Registration
When full services launch, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
4.2 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or applications
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without authorization
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the Platform to spam, harass, or discriminate against others
- Violate any Irish or EU laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Interfere with the Platform's operation or security
6. Content and Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Content
All content on role.ie, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Conjora Limited or licensed to us. This content is protected by Irish and international copyright laws.
6.2 User Content
By submitting content (CVs, applications, employer information), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and process this content solely for providing Platform services.
You retain ownership of your content and can request deletion at any time (subject to legal retention requirements).
7. Job Listings and Applications
7.1 For Job Seekers
- Job listings are aggregated from third-party sources; we do not guarantee accuracy or availability
- Applications are submitted directly to employers or their designated platforms
- We are not responsible for employer conduct or hiring decisions
- You are responsible for the accuracy of application materials
7.2 For Employers
- Job postings must comply with Irish employment law and equality legislation
- You must not discriminate based on protected characteristics
- Job information must be accurate and not misleading
- You are responsible for all applicant data handling in compliance with GDPR

Disclaimer: Salary benchmarks, contract templates, and employment rights information are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute:

While we source data from official Irish authorities (CSO, Revenue, WRC), we recommend consulting qualified professionals for specific legal or financial advice.
9. Payment Terms (Employers)
For paid employer services (when launched):
- Fees are charged in Euro (€) and payable in advance
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy (to be published at launch)
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- All payments are processed securely through third-party providers
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law:
- role.ie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee job placement, employment outcomes, or salary accuracy
- We are not liable for third-party content, employer conduct, or hiring decisions
- Our liability for any claims is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other matters where liability cannot be legally limited.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Conjora Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third parties. Use them at your own risk.
13. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified through email or prominent website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation with us for at least 30 days.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Conjora Limited regarding use of role.ie.
